Lemon Tree Hotels signs new property in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. announced its latest signing under Aurika Hotels & Resorts – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels, with Aurika, Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. Located in Narendra Nagar, it is a Greenfield project, scheduled to open in March 2025. The property is owned by M/s Kedar Ganga Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd., and will be operated by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.

The property will feature 132 rooms and suites, Mirasa, the all-day dining restaurant, Ariva, the bar, expansive banquet facilities including Ekaara, the ballroom, Aurum, the meeting room, and eclectic venues for private events and exclusive experiences. Leisure facilities will include Araya, the spa, a well-equipped fitness center and more.

Rishikesh is located in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Ganges. It is well known as the yoga capital of the world and is close to Haridwar and Dehradun on either side. It is considered one of the holiest places for Hindus, a popular pilgrimage town and has evolved as a famous tourist destination over the years.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited last traded in BSE at Rs. 68.35 from the previous close of Rs. 68.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3,514,307 in over 21,722 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 71.15 and intraday low of 65.65. Net turnover during the day was Rs. 241929899.00.
