Kaup, October 6: The Kaup Block Congress held a torchlight march condemning the state government’s anti-Hindu rules and central government anti-farm laws on Tuesday, October 6.

The torchlight march started from Kaup Laxmijanardhana temple. A protest meeting was also organized in the town of Kaup.

Addressing the protest meeting, Sudhir Kumar Maroli said, “By proclaiming to build and save the temples, they came to power, but later they themselves destroyed the temples. Hindu Dharmarakshkas are involved in anti-religious activities. Because of the BJP, the nation’s honor is worn on the roads. Claiming to make India the Vishwaguru, they dishonored the honor of Bharathmata ”.

Speaking at the protest meeting, former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake said: “The BJP is involved in the destruction of historic temples, as well as corruption, rape and wrongdoing. BJP leaders were protesting on the roads when prices rose during the UPA’s reign. But now they are completely silent. Because of the wrongdoing of the BJP, the nation has lost its honor, all men in Congress should join hands to overcome these wrongs and misconduct of the BJP, ”he said.

KPCC Navinchandra Chief J Shetty, Dr Devi Prasad Shetty Belapu, Kaup Block Congress President Navinchandra Suvarna, Deepak Kotian Inna, Geetha Wagle, Wilson Rodrigues and others attended the protest.
