Bantwal: Taluk Level Health Conference Held at Kalladka Government Higher Primary School

Bantwal, April 21: A taluk level health conference held at the Government Upper Primary School in Kalladka on Thursday 21st April was opened by Bantwal MP Rajesh U Naik.

He said KSRTC’s ICU bus providing medical facilities in villages caught the attention of the Prime Minister.

Expert doctors provided treatment, advice and awareness during the conference held in cooperation with the district administration, health and family welfare department, district panchayat, taluk doctor’s office, the Ayush Department of the District, Women and Children Welfare Department, Mangaluru and AJ Hospital. The MLA inaugurated an exhibition held there.

Bantwal tahsildar Rashmi SR said Covid management efforts have been successful.

Goltamajalu gram panchayat chairman Abhishek Shetty chaired the program. District Health Officer Kishore Kumar M, District Family Welfare Officer Dr Deepa Prabhu, Vice President of Goltamajalu gram panchayat Laxmi Prabhu, Department Officers Dr Rajesh, Dr Badruddin, Dr Kishore, AJ Medical college doctor Dr Akanksha, Bantwal CDPO Gayatri Kambali, Vitla CDPO Usha, Physician Ayush Dr Manikarnika, Physician Mangaluru taluk Dr Sujay Bhandary, District Medical Education Officer Jyothi, Education Officer Bantwal Jnanesh, School Development Committee Chairman Madhusoodan Aithal and Director Aboobacker Ashraf were present.

Taluk, doctor in charge, Dr. Vigneshwar welcomed. Dr. Umesh Adyantaya returned a vote of thanks. Jayarama Poojary, a retired health department officer, participated in the program.
