After completing my one-year term on January 1, the police personnel I work with are disciplined, committed and hardworking, and I am proud of them. Last year we launched a fitness program for our police staff with the aim of ensuring good health and fitness for all staff. Usually, after a while, due to pressure at work, which includes maintaining law and order, staff forget to focus on their own health. Women tend to gain weight due to pregnancy, hormonal imbalances and injuries, and are often busy balancing work and family ”.

“Long hours of service, irregular eating habits and lack of sleep are taking their toll. This is an attempt to improve health and fitness, I ask our staff to make the most of the exercise and sports opportunity, and to ensure that they lose weight and look good. Exercise and sporting events, if strictly followed, will not only help maintain good health, but will also reduce hospital expenses in the long run. Delighted to see that many have actively participated in this two-day sport, with great sportsmanship, and it shows their determination and their love of the sport, ”added the police commissioner.

If you lose once, try again and you will succeed. For sports fans, sport is the epitome of hard work and dedication. To reach the pinnacle of their sport, even the most naturally gifted athletes must give their all. The only way to prove that you are a good athlete is to lose. In sport, it’s not just about winning, it’s about participating. It’s not the will to win that matters, everyone has it. It is the will to prepare to win that counts ”.

Before the closing ceremony of the annual sports meeting, events such as the men’s and women’s relay race, the police children’s race and the slow-motion motorcycle race were held, which received thunderous applause. a crowd. District police personnel faced many challenges during the pandemic, and they all did a great job. All the police officers worked honestly and tirelessly. We must congratulate them for their service ”.

“In a sporting event, it is very important to have teamwork, team spirit, cooperation and the attitude to encourage teammates. The advantage of sporting events is that you develop qualities of leadership, physical strength and competitiveness. Obviously, exercise can help you reach your fitness goals and maintain a healthy weight. However, they also encourage healthy decision making, like not to smoke and not to drink. Playing sports can help us feel fitter, healthier, and mentally strong, and that’s just the start. Sport can also be fun, especially when played with a team, with family or friends. Sport can also develop great leaders and be an opportunity for individuals to shine, whether playing for a local football club or internationally. I am very impressed with the way this sports event was organized ”concluded DC.
